The RTLA believes that people with intellectual and physical disabilities are
equal members of society with the same rights as normal individuals.
At RTLA, we are committed to ensuring the welfare of individuals with
intellectual disabilities and their families. we believe that an intellectually
disabled individual, like every human being, has an equal right to life, love,
care, education and employment, regardless of his disability and we are there
to help ensure these rights via the various programs we offer, which focus on
developing their abilities and smoothly integrating them in their communities.
